I have a New Blog re: Tampa Bay / Brandon Real Estate

I have setup a new blog! I hope this blog provides you with some valuable information about living in the Tampa Bay (and Brandon) area. I am a young real estate agent who strives to meet and exceed my client's expectations. After my clients close on their property, I work hard to maintain the relationship with them by providing valuable services and information on a regular basis (I call it my Client Appreciation Program - CAP). I work hard to give my clients something of value every month - whether it is a coupon or discount to a local business, or valuable information about allergy protecting your home.

Brandon a Great Place to Live

Brandon Florida is a great place to live! Situated just east of downtown Tampa, Brandon is likely to be the oldest and largest suburb in the Tampa Bay area. With two expressways and three major roads leading into Tampa, Brandon has excellent access to downtown. However, unless you work downtown, you really would have no reason to go there if you lived in Brandon. Brandon has night life, shopping, entertainment, and recreation. There is easy access to the southeastern region of Hillsborough county. The interstate and road system is more fully and thoughtfully developed in the Brandon area than in any other area of Tampa Bay.

Of course, my statements may be biased because I grew up in Brandon, and it is my chosen target market as a Real Estate agent. However, my reason for thinking highly of Brandon should be compelling to the greatest skeptic.

I am a husband and father of two children, and I find Brandon very family friendly. There are very good schools here, and businesses have children in mind when they design their products and services. We have a good share of both big business and small business, as well as many places of employment. We have a large mall and plenty of fine dining.

If you are considering moving to Tampa Bay, take a close look at Brandon. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!
